Kateryna Moskalenko was a visiting scholar (SAR Scholars at Risk grant) until the end of January 2024 and has since been an adjunct researcher in the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R at the University of Zurich. Kateryna is an Associate Professor at Department of Civil Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine) and a Ad.
Kateryna`s research interests include reproductive rights, healthcare law, contract law and family law. In her post-doctoral research, Kateryna focuses on the system of reproductive rights from an Ukrainian and international law perspective, exercising and protection of the mentioned rights.
