Nancy Rudolph is an adjunct researcher in the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded │ H2R, sub-project 1 Normativity of Human Reproduction at the University of Zurich.

 

Nancy's research interests lie at the intersection of liability law, medical law and reproductive medicine and in the history of civil law. Her dissertation deals with the question of the concept of damage in the light of reproductive medicine.
