Welcome Louisa Hizli

who joined the URPP H2R as a student assistant in the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R, sub-project 2 Human Reproduction in Societies and Markets at the University of Zurich.

Louisa is part of the research project by Margit Osterloh, Katja Rost, and Annina Mösching. The project explores the relationship between reproductive decisions, study choice, and the Leaky Pipeline at Swiss universities. The term Leaky Pipeline characterizes the continuous decline in the proportion of women when climbing up the career ladder. This research project aims to analyze the impact of anticipated parenthood on the field of study and the pursuit of an (academic) career.
