Judges‘ Responsibility for the ´Visible´ and the ´Invisible´ in Front of the Court
The URPP “Human Reproduction Reloaded” is delighted to announce the keynote conversation “Judges’ Responsibility for the ‘Visible’ and the ‘Invisible’ in Front of the Court” by Kateřina Šimáčková (judge at the European Court of Human Rights) and Angelika Nuβberger (Director of the Academy for European Human Rights Protection, University of Cologne, and former Judge and Vice-President of the European Court of Human Rights).
Prof. Helen Keller(Faculty of Law, UZH, and former Judge at the European Court of Human Rights) will open the session. Prof. Alice Margaria (Faculty of Law, UZH, and Co-Director, URPP H2R) will moderate the conversation.
The event will take place on 5 September 2024, 17.30 - 19.00 pm, at the University of Zurich in room RAA-G-15.
