Retrospect Summer School, 04. - 06. September 2024
This year's H2R Summer School (04-06 September 2024) occurred at the beautiful Kartause Ittingen. Our PhD candidates could present their current and exciting research to their peers and go into the exchange, having productive feedback. Thank you to our PhD candidates for your excellent work at the URPP.
We were privileged to host a series of stimulating guest lectures, providing a platform for face-to-face interdisciplinary exchange. PD Dr. Bianca Vienni Baptista shared her insights on inter- and transdisciplinary research; Prof. Dr. Rusterholz Caroline enlightened us on the history of reproductive politics; and Dr. Luca Chiapperino presented a thought-provoking sociotechnical analysis on the epigenetic turn in reproductive technologies. We express our sincere gratitude to our esteemed guest speakers for their invaluable contributions to the Summer School.
Finally, we want to thank the team of the Stiftung Kartause Ittingen for their hospitality and strengthening breakfast buffet, lunch and dinners.
