Eloïse Ward is a PhD candidate in the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R at the University of Zurich.

Eloïse’s research interests include the admissibility criteria under the European human rights system, the human rights of prisoners and alternatives to incarceration, as well as the justifications for and basis of human rights law. Her PhD project is concerned with the European Court of Human Rights’ approach to the human rights of companies.
