Lea Heistrüvers is a PhD Candidate in the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R, subproject 3 Ethnography of Human Reproduction and Single Case Studies in Threshold Areas.

Lea’s research focuses on empirical bioethics and explorative field research. Using qualitative social research methods, mainly narrative interviews, she explores international altruistic surrogacy.
