Lea Jordan is a PhD Candidate in the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R, sub-project 2 Human Reproduction in Societies and Markets at the University of Zurich.

Lea’s research interests include social, cultural, and political psychology, focusing on the occupational gender gap. She is particularly interested in how socialized values influence interest in traditionally male-dominated fields, such as STEM and female-dominated care jobs.

Her PhD project will be concerned with the gender gap in occupations and how fertility intentions shape preferences for job characteristics.
