12.07.2023Talks by Prof. Dr. Alice Margaria and RA MLaw Marie-Hélène Peter-Spiess at the 18th World Conference of the International Society of Family Law (ISFL)

Prof. Dr. Alice Margaria, Assistant Professor at the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R, and RA MLaw Marie-Hélène Peter-Spiess, scientific associate and PhD candidate at the Empirical and Normative Knowledge and Data Centre of the URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R, will participate at the 18th World Conference of the International Society of Family Law (ISFL).

Alice Margaria will give two talks. The first talk is titled "The Kite Model of Fatherhood" in the Panel "Methodology 1: Enhanced Practices & New Frontiers in Family Law Research?" on 13 July. The second talk is titled "Seahorse Dads before Courts: What is Left of Conventional Legal Fatherhood?" in the Panel "Queering Family Law" on 14 July.

Marie-Hélène Peter-Spiess will give the talk "Cross-Border Surrogacy Challenging Legal Parenthood: The Swiss Case" in the Panel "PIL 3: Cross-Border Parenthood" on 13 July.
